Nh\u1eefng \u0111i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh n\u00e0y kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 ph\u1ea3n \u00e1nh s\u1ef1 n\u1ed7 l\u1ef1c c\u1ee7a c\u01a1 quan qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd trong vi\u1ec7c ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng y t\u1ebf m\u00e0 c\u00f2n m\u1edf ra nhi\u1ec1u c\u01a1 h\u1ed9i ti\u1ebfp c\u1eadn d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 y t\u1ebf ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng h\u01a1n cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n. M\u1edf r\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng tham gia BHYT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Lu\u1eadt B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m Y t\u1ebf s\u1eeda \u0111\u1ed5i 2024 \u0111\u00e3 b\u1ed5 sung c\u00e1c nh\u00f3m \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng m\u1edbi tham gia BHYT b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c, bao g\u1ed3m:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; Nh\u00e2n vi\u00ean y t\u1ebf th\u00f4n b\u1ea3n, c\u00f4 \u0111\u1ee1 th\u00f4n b\u1ea3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; Ng\u01b0\u1eddi tham gia l\u1ef1c l\u01b0\u1ee3ng b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 an ninh, tr\u1eadt t\u1ef1 \u1edf c\u01a1 s\u1edf.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; Ng\u01b0\u1eddi t\u1eeb \u0111\u1ee7 75 tu\u1ed5i tr\u1edf l\u00ean \u0111ang h\u01b0\u1edfng tr\u1ee3 c\u1ea5p tu\u1ea5t h\u1eb1ng th\u00e1ng, v\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi t\u1eeb \u0111\u1ee7 70 \u0111\u1ebfn d\u01b0\u1edbi 75 tu\u1ed5i thu\u1ed9c h\u1ed9 c\u1eadn ngh\u00e8o \u0111ang h\u01b0\u1edfng tr\u1ee3 c\u1ea5p tu\u1ea5t h\u1eb1ng th\u00e1ng.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>2. Thay \u0111\u1ed5i m\u1ee9c \u0111\u00f3ng v\u00e0 tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m \u0111\u00f3ng BHYT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">T\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 1\/7\/2024, m\u1ee9c \u0111\u00f3ng BHYT \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh theo m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u01a1 s\u1edf m\u1edbi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">* \u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi h\u1ed9 gia \u0111\u00ecnh:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; Th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean th\u1ee9 nh\u1ea5t \u0111\u00f3ng 4,5% m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u01a1 s\u1edf.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; Th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean th\u1ee9 hai \u0111\u00f3ng 70% m\u1ee9c c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi th\u1ee9 nh\u1ea5t.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; Th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean th\u1ee9 ba \u0111\u00f3ng 60% m\u1ee9c c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi th\u1ee9 nh\u1ea5t.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; Th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean th\u1ee9 t\u01b0 \u0111\u00f3ng 50% m\u1ee9c c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi th\u1ee9 nh\u1ea5t.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; T\u1eeb th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean th\u1ee9 n\u0103m tr\u1edf \u0111i \u0111\u00f3ng 40% m\u1ee9c c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi th\u1ee9 nh\u1ea5t.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">* \u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi h\u1ecdc sinh, sinh vi\u00ean: M\u1ee9c \u0111\u00f3ng h\u00e0ng th\u00e1ng b\u1eb1ng 4,5% m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u01a1 s\u1edf, trong \u0111\u00f3 ng\u00e2n s\u00e1ch Nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 30%, c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n t\u1ef1 \u0111\u00f3ng 70%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>3. T\u00edch h\u1ee3p th\u1ebb BHYT v\u00e0o c\u0103n c\u01b0\u1edbc c\u00f4ng d\u00e2n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Theo Lu\u1eadt C\u0103n c\u01b0\u1edbc s\u1ed1 26\/2023\/QH15, t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 1\/7\/2024, th\u00f4ng tin th\u1ebb BHYT s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00edch h\u1ee3p v\u00e0o th\u1ebb c\u0103n c\u01b0\u1edbc c\u00f4ng d\u00e2n. \u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y gi\u00fap ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng th\u1ebb c\u0103n c\u01b0\u1edbc thay cho th\u1ebb BHYT khi kh\u00e1m ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh v\u00e0 th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n c\u00e1c th\u1ee7 t\u1ee5c li\u00ean quan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>4. Thay \u0111\u1ed5i m\u1ee9c h\u01b0\u1edfng BHYT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Lu\u1eadt B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m Y t\u1ebf s\u1eeda \u0111\u1ed5i 2024 \u0111i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh m\u1ee9c h\u01b0\u1edfng BHYT cho m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 nh\u00f3m \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; Ng\u01b0\u1eddi tham gia kh\u00e1ng chi\u1ebfn v\u00e0 b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 T\u1ed5 qu\u1ed1c: N\u00e2ng m\u1ee9c h\u01b0\u1edfng t\u1eeb 80% l\u00ean 100% chi ph\u00ed kh\u00e1m ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh BHYT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; Ng\u01b0\u1eddi ph\u1ee5c v\u1ee5 ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00f3 c\u00f4ng v\u1edbi c\u00e1ch m\u1ea1ng s\u1ed1ng \u1edf gia \u0111\u00ecnh: N\u00e2ng m\u1ee9c h\u01b0\u1edfng t\u1eeb 80% l\u00ean 95%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">&#8211; V\u1ee3 ho\u1eb7c ch\u1ed3ng li\u1ec7t s\u0129 t\u00e1i gi\u00e1, \u0111ang h\u01b0\u1edfng tr\u1ee3 c\u1ea5p h\u1eb1ng th\u00e1ng: M\u1ee9c h\u01b0\u1edfng 95%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>5. Thay \u0111\u1ed5i trong th\u1ee7 t\u1ee5c kh\u00e1m ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh BHYT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u0103n c\u01b0\u1edbc c\u00f4ng d\u00e2n ho\u1eb7c \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ecbnh danh \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1eed VNeID thay cho th\u1ebb BHYT khi \u0111i kh\u00e1m ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh. Ngo\u00e0i ra, th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n c\u1ee7a gi\u1ea5y h\u1eb9n kh\u00e1m l\u1ea1i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh linh ho\u1ea1t h\u01a1n, cho ph\u00e9p ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh li\u00ean h\u1ec7 trong v\u00f2ng 10 ng\u00e0y k\u1ec3 t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y h\u1eb9n \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd l\u1ecbch kh\u00e1m ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>6. \u0110i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh m\u1ee9c \u0111\u00f3ng BHYT theo c\u1ea3i c\u00e1ch ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">T\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 1\/7\/2024, v\u1edbi vi\u1ec7c c\u1ea3i c\u00e1ch ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u00e0 b\u00e3i b\u1ecf m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u01a1 s\u1edf, m\u1ee9c \u0111\u00f3ng v\u00e0 h\u01b0\u1edfng BHYT s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p. C\u1ee5 th\u1ec3, m\u1ee9c tham chi\u1ebfu m\u1edbi s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u1ec3 t\u00ednh m\u1ee9c \u0111\u00f3ng v\u00e0 h\u01b0\u1edfng cho c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng tham gia BHYT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>7. T\u0103ng c\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 nh\u00f3m y\u1ebfu th\u1ebf<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Nh\u00f3m \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng y\u1ebfu th\u1ebf, bao g\u1ed3m ng\u01b0\u1eddi ngh\u00e8o, ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u1eadn ngh\u00e8o, tr\u1ebb em d\u01b0\u1edbi 6 tu\u1ed5i, v\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n s\u1ed1ng \u1edf v\u00f9ng \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n, ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u01b0\u1edfng ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t.
